12:40 sashimi salad+poached eggs+dressing (yellow), half an apple strudel, 4 pieces of bruschetta bread, 1 chocolate biscuit (i was hungry, ok?).

I'm still nibbly, but i'm chewing gum to take care of it. if i get hungry, i can have cereal at 4 or 5pm.

4:30 1 peach
5:30 1 cup of cereal
7pm 1 green apple (5 golden rings!)

calorie estimate of the day: 1400.

and then it all went to hell.

9pm 6" turkey sub, 2 mocha rocas, 1 diet sprite.

actually calorie estimate: 1900.

new resolution. to actually eat some real food around 5pm instead of just cereal. so unsatisfying.
