i'm officially dieting for the next month. it's a prelude to phuket. a purgatory pre paradise. also a chance to readjust my eating habits. key rule: no food post 8pm. also, try to be healthy, but if i think if i keep the key, i should be alright with the rest. jon wants to gym twice a day, but i don't know if i'm motivated enough (or if i own enough sports bras). we'll see. meanwhile, this might become a food diary in a very boring way. for example today:

3 nalgenes of water so far.

i feel bloated and dehydrated and salty, the usual sequal to random, cheap canto food. ugh. msg is my undoing.

2pm 1 nectarine
2:30 2 cups cereal with lowfat yogurt
4pm 1 banana
5pm 1 cup cereal, 1 apple

wow i'm getting really bored of this food log. maybe b/c i want to eat a cookie. bad girl!

5:10 1 chocolate ginger biscuit
6:30 1 nectarine
7pm 1 packet of japanese rice crackers, cheese flavored (2)

let's see, i'd estimate total calorie count thus far to be 1300. Not bad. nothing compared to my high school days, but def not bad.
