1pm fettucine with ragu duck sauce and porcini mushrooms, 3 slices of bread, minestrone soup, a couple of bites of jon's cataloni with ham and spinach, a bread pudding, an iced tea

i'm very full. i manage to outdo myself daily, but this is all part of my master plan to change my main meal back to lunch (ha!).

4pm 2 japanese cookies (peanut butter and chocolate)
6:30 2 cups of cereal with soymilk, 1 green apple
8:30 half a gin and tonic, 1/4 of a strawberry milkshake, 3 bites calamari, 1 mussel, 1 shot of tuna something, 1 shot of californian greens.

i'm really bad at following prescribed diets. i guess i normally have to trick myself into them. its really b/c i'm too rebellious. yeah, thats it. (oink oink)
