gave my feet a reprieve and ellipticalled at resistance 10 for 30 min while watching frasier. i love that show. hardly broke a sweat, but afterwards i felt floppy, weak, way too relaxed. like there was wind coming out of my hands. calorie deficient? i would've thought so, except yesterday i ate: 1 apple, muesli, sashimi-don lunch set, small coffee, 6 chocolate digestives, 2 packs of japanese rice crackers, 1 big mac, 1 chicken nugget, 1 tofu cheesecake slice, 1 woah smoothie, 1 large bag of chips, 1 yogurt (~2800 calories on a rough estimate). 1 would think that would last me through today. today, i've eaten: 1 apple, 1 soy cappuccino, 1 papaya, 1 pack of japanese rice crackers. and i'm in hunter mode. HUNGRY. (i think). i've just ordered a peanut butter cold noodles, veg, + soup with chunks of dough in it (for lack of better translation), but it won't get here till like 2 pm...what prey. i don't understand why i'm this hungry. i don't i don't. i've been hunting since 9:30 this morning...the coffee stayed the beast for an hour or so...and now it's back. today might go very badly in terms of food.
