true reprieve today=yoga. last night thought i'd sleep in (set alarm to 7:40), but i now have a 6:40 wakeup pee routine that i can't break. and then hard to fall asleep again...yoga for an hour=relaxing. i'm a noodle again, not because of exertion, but the kind you become after sitting in an onsen for a day. party tonight? who knows.
