workout1:
went to the tsing yi track last night for 3 sets of 2x400s, 90s rest between each, 3min rest between sets.

times:
89--90
87--86
86--83

i feel like i could've done the whole thing faster, but i'm still kinda sick, so i set a goal of doing 90 consistently, and am glad i could stick to it. i feel like this time last year (or two years ago), this workout was much harder (as in i was in worse shape). i def remember almost puking at the indoor track.

i didn't really test my speed until the last 150m of the last 400...realized that my turnover has improved considerably. i like it.

also made me realize that perhaps workout0 wasn't as slow as i thought it was. we didn't have a watch at the time, so we kinda had to eyeball the thing...felt like i was moving thru molasses, but def was faster than this week (and more tiring too).

2x200m with 200m jog
2x300m with 200m jog
2x200m with 100m jog
2x300m with 100m jog

runs are 75%, no rest.
