12 pm 1 green apple
1 pm tons of chinese food: 2 dumplings, 2 xiaolongbao, 1 guotie, chow mein, beijing duck, fish, shrimp, chicken, fried rice, green beans, etc etc (2 heaping plates).

it's chi's last day at CS after 9.5 years of devoted service. say it with me now: "i'm SO full!".

5 pm 1 peach

7:30 a shitload of chocolate

12pm 1 green apple

1pm 1 beef burrito (but it wasn't ground, it was chunks cooked in tomato sauce) with cilantro rice, spinach wrap, guacamole, grilled veggies, spicy blackbeans, tomatoes, lettuce, 1 diet sprite, a couple of bite of bakery sampling (last couple of which were muffin slices).

4pm 2 lion fun sized bars (chocolate)

i'm so full i'm sighing, but that may also be boredom.

7:30 2 cups of cereal with soymilk, 1 nectarine

1pm fettucine with ragu duck sauce and porcini mushrooms, 3 slices of bread, minestrone soup, a couple of bites of jon's cataloni with ham and spinach, a bread pudding, an iced tea

i'm very full. i manage to outdo myself daily, but this is all part of my master plan to change my main meal back to lunch (ha!).

4pm 2 japanese cookies (peanut butter and chocolate)
6:30 2 cups of cereal with soymilk, 1 green apple
8:30 half a gin and tonic, 1/4 of a strawberry milkshake, 3 bites calamari, 1 mussel, 1 shot of tuna something, 1 shot of californian greens.

i'm really bad at following prescribed diets. i guess i normally have to trick myself into them. its really b/c i'm too rebellious. yeah, thats it. (oink oink)

12:40 sashimi salad+poached eggs+dressing (yellow), half an apple strudel, 4 pieces of bruschetta bread, 1 chocolate biscuit (i was hungry, ok?).

I'm still nibbly, but i'm chewing gum to take care of it. if i get hungry, i can have cereal at 4 or 5pm.

4:30 1 peach
5:30 1 cup of cereal
7pm 1 green apple (5 golden rings!)

calorie estimate of the day: 1400.

and then it all went to hell.

9pm 6" turkey sub, 2 mocha rocas, 1 diet sprite.

actually calorie estimate: 1900.

new resolution. to actually eat some real food around 5pm instead of just cereal. so unsatisfying.

i'm officially dieting for the next month. it's a prelude to phuket. a purgatory pre paradise. also a chance to readjust my eating habits. key rule: no food post 8pm. also, try to be healthy, but if i think if i keep the key, i should be alright with the rest. jon wants to gym twice a day, but i don't know if i'm motivated enough (or if i own enough sports bras). we'll see. meanwhile, this might become a food diary in a very boring way. for example today:

3 nalgenes of water so far.

i feel bloated and dehydrated and salty, the usual sequal to random, cheap canto food. ugh. msg is my undoing.

2pm 1 nectarine
2:30 2 cups cereal with lowfat yogurt
4pm 1 banana
5pm 1 cup cereal, 1 apple

wow i'm getting really bored of this food log. maybe b/c i want to eat a cookie. bad girl!

5:10 1 chocolate ginger biscuit
6:30 1 nectarine
7pm 1 packet of japanese rice crackers, cheese flavored (2)

let's see, i'd estimate total calorie count thus far to be 1300. Not bad. nothing compared to my high school days, but def not bad.
